Michael Palicz

Michael Palicz is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Pegasystems since May 2024, Michael has held roles such as HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition & Development Director at Cherry Bekaert / Accume Partners from 2022 to May 2024, and Sr. Director of Human Resources at the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) from 2015 to 2021. Previous positions include Global Human Resources Leader for North America at Comet Plasma Control Technologies, HR Business Partner roles at Gabriel & Co. and TIAA, and multiple HR leadership roles at Pitney Bowes, Citi, NEXTEL, and MCI WORLDCOM Communications Inc.
