Jennifer Squire

Jennifer Squire began their work experience in 2006 as an HR Director for Red Rocks Community College. Their responsibilities included designing and managing effective HR strategies, overseeing recruitment and retention of staff, and ensuring compliance with federal and state laws. Jennifer then moved on to Cherry Creek School District, where they held various roles, including Classified Manager, Director of HR - Classified Employees, and Director of Human Resources. In these positions, they provided guidance on regulations and policies, negotiated with employee groups, and investigated misconduct allegations.

Jennifer Squire earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business from Metropolitan State University of Denver from 1993 to 1998. Jennifer later obtained a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University from 1998 to 1999.
