Quiana Whitt

Quiana Whitt currently serves as an Assistant Principal for Cherry Creek School District since July 2021. Prior to this role, Quiana Whitt was the Department Head for Special Education at Omaha Public Schools from August 2018 to March 2021, where responsibilities included managing special education services. Additional experience includes serving as an 11th Grade English Special Education Resource/Inclusion Teacher and Case Manager at Rock Island-Milan School District #41 from August 2015 to February 2018, as well as working as a K-6th Grade Special Education Resource/Inclusion Specialist at New Leaders Org in 2014-2015. Quiana Whitt’s earlier career at Chicago Public Schools spanned from August 2010 to June 2015, with a role as a Special Education Resource/Inclusion Specialist. Quiana Whitt is pursuing a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, expected to be completed in 2024, and holds a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching from National Louis University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Wartburg College.
