Andreas Zacher started their work experience in 2002 at Microsoft Corporation, where they held multiple roles. Andreas began as the Consumer OEM Lead for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, managing consumer-oriented named OEM accounts. Andreas then became the Top MNA Sales Lead for Germany and Austria, before ultimately becoming the Director of Account Management. In this role, they were responsible for driving sales results, business development, and demand generation with their top volume OEM partner ASUS across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, as well as managing the Microsoft Information Worker business with ASUS headquarters in Taiwan. In 2017, Zacher took on the role of Owner at Körperformen Augsburg. Most recently, they joined CHERRY as the SVP of Business Development & Sales for Strategic Partner, OEM/ODM & Software.

Andreas Zacher attended the University of Augsburg from 1992 to 1997, where they earned a degree in Dipl. Kfm. Univ. in the field of study of MBA.
