Nysheria Sims

Nysheria Sims is an experienced educational leader with a diverse background in school administration and instructional coaching. Currently serving as Assistant Principal at Cherry Hill Public Schools since October 2022, Nysheria has held various leadership roles including Assistant Principal of School Culture at Mastery Schools and Assistant Principal at Simsbury Public Schools. Nysheria's previous positions also include Principal in Residence at Achievement First and Instructional Coach at Union County Public Schools. With experience as both a principal and assistant principal at Bronx Charter Schools for Better Learning, Nysheria has a strong foundation in educational leadership. Nysheria's academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Brooklyn College, a Master's degree in Elementary Education from Empire State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy Analysis and Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
