Sandra Steele has extensive experience in the optical industry, currently serving as a Remote Customer Service Representative at Cherry Optical Lab since April 2022. Previously, Sandra was a Dispensing Optician at D'Ambrosio Eye Care, Inc. from 2004 to 2021, where responsibilities included optical sales, service, and dispensing, with experience in both high-volume and satellite locations. Sandra has a proven track record in selling a wide range of eyewear and providing exceptional customer service to diverse clientele. Additionally, Sandra served as a Board Member for the Massachusetts Board of Dispensing Opticians from June 2010 to November 2012, where responsibilities included reviewing investigative cases and making determinations regarding disciplinary actions and reinstatements.
