Connor Powers currently serves as Vice President and Head of Capital Markets & Corporate Development at Cherry Street Energy, where responsibilities include leading all capital markets efforts, bank financing, tax equity, corporate equity, mergers and acquisitions, and new market strategies since March 2020. Prior to this role, Connor Powers held various positions at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey from August 2015 to March 2020, including Vice President and Head of Finance, Accounting, & Capital Markets, as well as Director and Investment Banking Associate focusing on leveraged finance in the Telecom, Media, and Technology sectors. Connor Powers began their career as an Investment Banking Analyst in leveraged finance and interest rate derivatives. Connor Powers earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2014.
