Elmer Baldwin's work experience includes various leadership roles in different companies. Elmer served as the Senior Executive Director of Investment Banking at Cherry Tree from 2015. In 2018, they became the Director of the Board of Directors at Transport Security, Inc. Elmer also held the position of Director of the Board of Directors at E.A. Sween - Deli Express starting from 2014. Elmer worked as the President of Lifespark from 2011 to 2021 and also served as a Director and Advisory Board member during that time. Elmer was the President and CEO of Internet Broadcasting from 2011 to 2014 before it was sold to Nexstar Broadcasting. Elmer was also the President and CEO of BORN Information Services, Inc. from 2004 to 2005, and the President and COO of Manchester Companies from 2002 to 2003. Elmer founded and led the consulting firm Nuvolution from 2000 to 2002 before merging with Manchester Companies.
Elmer Baldwin obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Finance from Loyola Marymount University, where they studied from 1978 to 1982. In 1985 to 1986, they pursued a Certificate in Systems Management from the University of Southern California. Additionally, Elmer Baldwin obtained the Series 63 Investment Banking certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in December 2015 and the Series 79 Investment banking certification from the same institution in November 2015.
