Carlos Lopez Gonzalez possesses a diverse background in customer service and human resources, with experience spanning various roles in prominent companies. Currently serving as an Inventory Clerk at Cherrylake since January 2023, Carlos previously held multiple positions at Amazon from October 2018 to March 2023, including Human Resources Associate, Virtual Customer Service, Customer Service Associate, and Customer Service Team Manager. Additionally, Carlos worked as a Customer Service Consultant at ADP for a brief period in 2022 and held an administrative position at Universidad Libre ® in 2016. Carlos began a career in customer service at Teleperformance Colombia as a call center agent in 2014. Academically, Carlos earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Universidad Libre ®, completing studies from 2016 to 2020.
