Rebecca Simmons

Rebecca Simmons is a Partner at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where Rebecca has been employed since August 1991. Additionally, Simmons serves as a Member of the Maryland Advisory Council for the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, a Board Member of the Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce's New York Chapter, and previously held the position of Member of the Board of Directors for Legal Information for Families Today (LIFT) until September 2023. In 2010, Simmons was the Past Chair of the Business Law Section of the New York State Bar Association. Early career experience includes roles as an Analyst at SAIC and CSP Associates, Inc. Rebecca Simmons holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School and an A.B. in Russian and Soviet Studies from Harvard University.
