Tara Davis has a diverse and extensive work experience history. Tara began their career in 2004, working as a Relationship Manager and Advertising Sales representative at the Washington DC Apartment Guide. In 2005, they transitioned to become an Event Specialist and Sales Consultant at the NMMA, Progressive Insurance Baltimore & Norwalk Boat Shows. During their time there, they served as a Show Manager and Exhibitor Relationship Manager, providing opportunities for the marine industry to connect with the boating community and helping increase exhibitors' revenue. In 2017, Tara became the President and Founding Partner of The Boat Life, LLC, a role they held until 2018. Currently, they work as the Executive Vice President of Chesapeake Bay Media. Throughout their career, Tara has demonstrated their expertise in sales, account management, and relationship building.
Tara Davis attended the University of Maryland Eastern Shore from 1992 to 1994, studying Art/Marketing. Later, in 2010 to 2013, they attended Neuberger & Co., specifically the Sandler Sales Institute. Tara also obtained a certification as a Certified Fitness Instructor from NCCPT & Team Beachbody in 2013.
