Chandra Gigliotti

Chandra Gigliotti, Ph.D., serves as the Associate Vice President for Innovation, Learning, and Effectiveness at Chesapeake College since July 2017, where previous roles have included Dean for Teaching and Learning, Dean for Academic Administration and Online Learning, and Dean of Learning Resources. Chandra Gigliotti holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Education from Notre Dame of Maryland University, a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science from PennWest Clarion, and both a Bachelor of Science in Education with a focus on English and a Master’s Degree in English from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
