Charlotte Weinstein

Charlotte Weinstein is a Senior Geospatial Analyst at Chesapeake Conservancy since March 2022, previously serving as an Assistant Research Scientist and Geospatial Programmer at Michigan Tech Research Institute from May 2018 to March 2022. Expertise includes supporting environmental geospatial and remote sensing projects, data collection, processing complex datasets, and developing online mapping applications. Earlier experience includes various research and instructional roles at the University of Michigan, contributing to interdisciplinary projects on topics such as invasive species management and GIS education, as well as internships in technical and engineering capacities. Charlotte holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Informatics and Conservation Ecology from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chinese Language and Culture from Washington University in St. Louis.
