Currently serving as the Director of Technology & Innovation at Chesapeake Contracting Group, Raymond is responsible for developing scalable technology solutions that drive company growth. Prior to this role, Raymond held the position of Vice President of Information Technology at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, where Raymond led modernization and cybersecurity efforts for the nationwide enterprise. With a strong educational background in marketing from Towson University, Raymond also served as the LAN Workstation Team Leader at McCormick, managing a team of engineers and overseeing workstation support for a large campus.
