Paige Beck, CPA, is President of Chesapeake Employers’ Insurance Company. In this role, Ms. Beck provides leadership to all operations and support departments at Chesapeake Employers. She also oversees the day-to-day operations of the company. Prior to being President, Ms. Beck was Chief Innovation Officer where she oversaw the Information Systems, Underwriting, Security, and Health Services departments. She also was responsible for providing innovative solutions to meet the changing market demands and enhancing the customer experience. During her tenure with the company, Ms. Beck has held numerous leadership positions including Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and head of Internal Audit. Prior to joining the company, she was employed with the State of Maryland in the Office of Legislative Audits.
