Established in 1994, Chesapeake Health Care is a Federally Qualified Health Center serving patients in Somerset, Wicomico, and Worcester Counties. We have more than 100 providers in many specialties including adult and family medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, urogynecology, mental health, dental, and pharmacy.   Our mission is to provide the highest quality, affordable, culturally competent healthcare and preventative services. We offer a full range of pharmacy services as well. We constantly expanding our services to better serve our community.
