Katherine Shoop is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Chesapeake Regional Healthcare since May 2024, Katherine previously held HR positions at St. Mary's Home from February 2019 to May 2024, including HR Business Partner and Human Resource Generalist I. Prior to that, Katherine worked as a Recruiter at Aston Carter and held a management position as Director of Operations at Coastal Hospitality Associates. Experience also includes managerial and operational roles at Doherty Enterprises and The Lucerne Hotel, alongside internships at ARAMARK and Lessing's Inc. Katherine earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management with a Business Minor from James Madison University in 2015.
