Beth W. Cooper

Ms. Cooper was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2019. Ms. Cooper has served as our Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since September 2008 and was appointed Assistant Corporate Secretary in March 2015. She joined the Company in 1990 and since that time has served as Vice President, Treasurer, Corporate Secretary, Assistant Treasurer, Director of Internal Audit, and Director of Strategic Planning. Ms. Cooper is the Company’s principal accounting officer and oversees our Financial Reporting, FP&A, Financial Policy, Financial Shared Services, Corporate and Business Unit Accounting, Corporate Finance/Treasury, Insurance, and Investor Relations departments. She is a member of the Finance Committee of the American Gas Association. In 2015, Ms. Cooper was appointed to the Salisbury University Perdue School Advisory Council and serves as Chair of its Leadership Award Committee. She was a member of the American Heart Association’s Southern Delaware Go Red Executive Leadership Team and is recognized in the Company’s Women in Energy program which celebrates expertise, dedication and success within the energy industry and our Company. Ms. Cooper was previously an auditor with Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneurial Services Group.
