Alison Blaxall

Alison graduated with a Degree in History from Northumbria University and since 2002 has spent all her working life within the Human Resources profession across both the private and public sector.

In June 2009, Alison joined West Cheshire College as a Senior HR Officer. Since then she has held a number of positions within the HR department ranging from Section Leader, Associate Director and she was appointed HR & Organisational Development Director in September 2014. This breadth of roles has given Alison a comprehensive background and a diverse experience of the range of HR activities within the FE sector.

Alison’s role in the newly merged College is to provide leadership and management of the Human Resources function in her role as Human Resources Manager.
