Cassandra Nelson

Cassandra Nelson currently serves as the Doctoral Coordinator at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, starting in September 2023. Cassandra has extensive experience in occupational therapy, holding various positions at Quinnipiac University, including Adjunct Professor and Visiting Assistant Professor of Occupational Therapy, since August 2021. Cassandra's practice spans multiple healthcare settings, where responsibilities include directing occupational therapy tasks, conducting assessments, and developing specialized programs, such as the Pediatric Pelvic Health program at Cheshire Fitness Zone Pediatric Therapy. Educationally, Cassandra holds a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration, a Post-professional Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, and a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Quinnipiac University and the University of New Hampshire, respectively.
