Rawan Salih has a diverse work experience in the field of physiotherapy. Rawan served as a Clinical Supervisor at Hope Walks since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Cheshire Home as the Head of the Clubfoot Department starting in February 2020. From July 2019 to February 2020, they were a Physiotherapist at OVCI. Rawan's career started as an Intern Physiotherapist at Omdurman Military Hospital, where they worked from July 2018 to July 2019.

Rawan Salih attended Ahfad University for Women from 2012 to 2018, where they obtained a degree in Physical Therapy/Therapist from the School of Health Sciences. In addition to their formal education, Rawan Salih has also obtained certifications in Project Management for Development Professionals from PM4NGOs in January 2022 and in Dry Needling from PRIMEPHYSIO TRAINING UK in May 2021.
