Deb Hunter

Deb Hunter is an experienced educator and childcare leader with over 24 years of experience in early childhood education. Since January 2014, Deb has served as Adjunct Faculty at River Valley Community College, teaching online courses in Organization & Management and Child Development. Simultaneously, Deb has held the position of Child Care Director at Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth-Hitchcock Keene since May 1999, where leadership of a team of 25 ensures high-quality childcare for over 100 children. Notable accomplishments include developing a strategic plan to counter funding challenges, creating flexible programming options, and maintaining a License Plus distinction from the Department of Health and Human Services since 2006. Deb's educational background includes a Master of Education from Antioch University New England and a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from the University of Maryland.
