Sophie Halstead is currently the Human Resources Manager at Cheslyn Hay Academy. Sophie has previous experience working in education as an optical assistant and team leader at Chase Eye Care and as a shop assistant at Next Group PLC. Sophie has a passion for helping others and ensuring that they have the best possible experience while working at Cheslyn Hay Academy.

Sophie Halstead has a BTEC First Diploma in Travel and Tourism from Stafford College.
