Haris Ngenji is a Learning & Onboarding Specialist at Sanku since May 2022, focusing on fostering a learning culture to ensure staff success and retention of high-potential talent. Prior experience includes roles as a Sales Consultant at Toyota Tanzania Ltd. from August 2021 to July 2022, and as a Field Sales Consultant for Milwaukee Tool from October 2019 to September 2021. Haris began a career in conservation as a Conservationist at Tanzania National Parks in 2018 and gained early experience as an Environmental Intern at Geita Town Council and a Student Intern at Ardhi University. Haris holds a BSc. in Environmental Science & Management from Ardhi University and completed advanced secondary education with a focus on Chemistry, Biology, and Geography.
