Gilberto Barrera

Gilberto, has over 10 years of experience in the home building industry, starting his career as the candidate of the Ryland Homes Management Training Program in 2001. Throughout his homebuilding career, he has spent time learning to build as a superintendent, worked on special projects of automated payment and internet scheduling systems, and managed purchasing projects. He brings a strong desire to maintain the Chesmar’s high-quality standards for hiring and guiding the best home-building vendors in Central Texas.

Gilberto graduated with a Bachelor of Science. in Political Science from the United States Air Force Academy and served as an intelligence officer for eight years of active duty. He also acquired a Master of Business Administration degree from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio.
