Kate Dishman

Kate Dishman currently serves as the Director of Integration at Chesnara Plc since July 2025. Prior to this role, Kate was the Director of Finance Transformation, Data & Systems at Phoenix Group, where significant achievements included increasing delivery certainty by 50% and reducing delivery costs by 40% during a pivotal period of regulatory changes post-IFRS17. Previously, Kate held the position of Partner at EY, where efforts focused on building a leading practice in Finance Transformation for the Insurance and Asset Management sectors. Earlier experiences include a role as Director at Deloitte UK and positions as Fund Accountant at HSBC, Senior Finance Analyst at AXA, and Graduate Trainee at Marsh. Kate holds an MSc in Chemistry from the University of Bath and is a member of ACCA.
