Joshua Snyder has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Joshua started their career at Sentara Healthcare in 2005, where they worked as an Associate Financial Analyst, Financial Analyst, and later as a Finance Consultant. In 2013, they joined Bon Secours Health System as the Director of Finance and was promoted to the role of Administrative Director of Finance in 2016. In 2018, they joined Chester County Hospital/Penn Medicine as their Controller and later took on the role of Associate CFO. Currently, they hold the position of SVP, Chief Financial Officer at Chester County Hospital/Penn Medicine, where they are responsible for financial management and strategy.
Joshua Snyder earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) in Finance, General from Old Dominion University from 2000 to 2004. Joshua later pursued a Master's Degree in Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University in 2011. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Accounting from the same institution, spanning from 2008 to 2011. Furthermore, they hold certifications including Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) from the American College of Healthcare Executives in 2021, and CHFP from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) in 2016.
