Kathryn Russel

Kathryn (Katie) Russel, MS, RDN, LDN, CDCES, CPT, currently serves as a Per Diem Certified Diabetes Educator at Chester County Hospital/Penn Medicine and as a Clinical Dietitian at Nemours. With a wealth of experience, Kathryn has held positions as a Registered Dietitian at MANNA and NutraSourceRD, and completed a Dietetic Internship at the University of Delaware, focusing on individualized nutrition care for various medical conditions. Additional roles include a Summer Extension Scholar with the UD Cooperative Extension and a Graduate Teaching Assistant, where Kathryn taught cooking classes to undergraduate students. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Delaware, complemented by early experience in dietary settings through volunteer and aide positions.
