Kathy Lim

Kathy Lim, MBA LSSGB has a strong background in strategic analysis and partnerships in the healthcare industry. Kathy most recently served as the Director of Strategic Analysis at Chester County Hospital/Penn Medicine starting in June 2023. Previously, they held roles at ChristianaCare as the Corporate Director of Strategic Partnerships from September 2022 to July 2023 and as the Director of Clinical Partnerships from March 2019 to January 2023. Prior to that, Kathy was the Director of Physician Recruiting at Crozer-Keystone Health System from February 2017 to March 2019. Kathy also served as the Director of Strategy and Acquisition at Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic from March 2012 to February 2017.

Kathy Lim holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Thomas Jefferson University. Kathy also has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business.
