Olivia Kramer is currently serving as a Staffing Coordinator at Chester County Intermediate Unit since October 2025. Previously, Olivia held the position of Registered Behavior Technician (Building Lead) at The Stepping Stones Group, LLC from August 2022 to June 2025, where responsibilities included providing behavior support to students, collaborating on behavior plans, and training staff in Applied Behavior Analysis. Prior experience encompasses coaching at Soccer Shots, working as a Registered Behavior Technician at EBS Healthcare, and fulfilling various internship roles focused on educational support and advocacy. Olivia earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State University, along with a minor in Child Maltreatment and Advocacy Studies, and is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work at West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
