Matt Fink

Matt Fink currently serves as the Fire Training Manager for the County of Chester, a position held since November 2021. Prior to this role, Fink was a Firefighter-EMT and Driver at Pottstown Fire Dept. Goodwill Steam Fire Engine Company from March 2021 to November 2021. Fink retired after a long tenure at East Whiteland Township, where the role of Deputy Fire Chief was held from April 1995 to April 2021. Fink also has extensive experience as a Sergeant and Firefighter/EMT with the County of Chester from March 1991 to December 2017, along with part-time duties as a Fire Instructor, leading various firefighting programs. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Fire Science/Fire-fighting from Delaware County Community College and training from several fire academies, including the Pennsylvania State Fire Academy, Montgomery County Fire Academy, and Chester County Fire Academy.
