Rebecca Brain

Rebecca Brain has over 30 years of experience in public relations and communications. Currently serving as the Public Information Officer for the County of Chester since December 2006, Rebecca has honed expertise in managing public communications and community engagement. Prior to this role, Rebecca worked as an Account Director at Partners in Communication from 1999 to 2005 and held a similar position at Harrison Cowley Public Relations from June 1989 to July 1999, where Rebecca developed strategic communication campaigns and fostered client relationships.
