Robin Rubin

Robin Rubin, SHRM-CP has extensive work experience in human resources. They started their career in 2001 at Bloomin' Brands, Inc. where they worked as a Manager until 2006. From 2007 to 2015, Robin worked at Lowe's Home Improvement as a Human Resources Manager. In 2015, they joined the County of Chester as an Employee Relations Manager and later became the Deputy Director, Human Resources in April 2021.

Robin Rubin, SHRM-CP attended Montgomery County Community College from 1997 to 1999, where they studied Biological Sciences. They then transferred to Ursinus College, where they studied Biological Sciences from 1999 to 2001.
