Russell Strauss

Russell (Rusty) Strauss has extensive experience in technology and project management, currently serving as the Energov Administrator for the County of Chester since January 2006, where responsibilities include managing the Tyler Technologies EnerGov application for planning and permitting processes. In addition, Russell has held multiple leadership roles in East Pikeland Township, including elected Supervisor and Chair of the Open Space Committee, and has been active with the Phoenixville Regional Planning Committee as Chair since 2010. As Principal Developer at Strauss Database Solutions, Russell focuses on enhancing non-profit sector productivity through custom database applications. Previous roles include Director of Technology at Your Part-Time Controller, LLC and Project Leader at Rhone-Poulenc Rorer. Russell holds a BS in Marine Science from Stockton University, obtained between 1979 and 1984.
