Dan Barlow

Dan Barlow is an experienced Plant Operations Engineer currently with Chester Water Authority since October 2016, focusing on capital budget planning, management, and compliance with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission regulations. Previously, Dan served as a Project Engineer at Suez, where responsibilities included capital project management and delivery, and as an Associate Engineer at United Water, overseeing project management and operational optimization. Dan also contributed to education as an instructor at Delaware Technical Community College, teaching water treatment courses. Early career experiences include leadership roles in The Collaboratory for Strategic Partnerships and Applied Research, where project management and implementation of water purification systems in Honduras were key responsibilities. Dan holds an MBA from Fox School of Business at Temple University, along with degrees in Environmental Process Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and Engineering from Messiah University.
