Sue Walker

Sue Walker has a diverse and extensive work experience. Sue is currently the Co-Founder and Trustee Vice Chair for Nature's SAFE - Saving Animals From Extinction (Registered Charity) since December 2020. Prior to this, Sue worked at Chester Zoo for over 13 years in various roles, including Head of Science, Head of Applied Science, Scientific Manager/Endocrinologist, and Endocrinologist. Sue also has experience as a Research Technician at the Smithsonian Institution and as a Reproduction Research Technician at the Toronto Zoo.

Sue Walker completed their Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Guelph from 1992 to 1996. Sue then pursued a Master of Science degree at the same institution from 1997 to 1999. Afterward, Sue went on to obtain a Ph.D. from the University of Liverpool, completing their doctoral studies from 2003 to 2006.
