Bakar Bey

Bakar Bey is an experienced educator currently serving as a Mathematics Teacher at Chesterfield County Public Schools since August 2023. Bakar founded and serves as the CEO of Habit2Greatness LLC since February 2021 and has been a private tutor with Wyzant since 2016. Previous roles include Adjunct Faculty Instructor at J Sargeant Reynolds Community College, Special Education Instructional Assistant at Richmond Public Schools, and Licensed Agent at WFG - World Financial Group. Bakar has a background in engineering, having worked as a Quality Engineer at Meggitt Polymers and Composites and as a Middle School Mathematics Teacher at Henry County Public Schools. With a solid academic foundation, including a Doctor of Education in progress, a Master's in Industrial Systems Engineering, and a Bachelor's in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Tech, Bakar has developed strong skills in curriculum development, mentoring, and instructional delivery throughout a diverse career in education and engineering.
