Casey Dickinson

Casey Dickinson, SNS, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Food and Nutrition Services at Chesterfield County Public Schools since May 2021. Prior experience includes working as a School Nutrition Programs Specialist at the Virginia Department of Education, providing oversight and assistance to 20 school divisions from November 2016 to May 2021, and serving as a Special Nutrition Programs Compliance Review Liaison at the Virginia Department of Health from October 2014 to October 2016. Additionally, Casey has held various roles such as Nutritionist for the United States Department of Defense, ensuring the nutritional needs of children in child care settings, and intern positions with the US Navy and Lewis-Gale Montgomery Hospital. Education includes a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition, Foods and Exercise and Psychology from Virginia Tech.
