Joy Duncan is an experienced instructional designer and educator with a strong background in technology integration and instructional methods. Currently serving as an instructional designer and third-grade teacher at Chesterfield County Public Schools since July 2014, Joy also fulfills the role of a trainer, facilitator, and mentor in the Technology Cohort and TAPP School programs. Prior experience includes teaching at Lancaster County Public Schools from August 2006 to May 2014. Joy holds multiple Master's degrees in Educational/Instructional Technology, Reading Specialty, and Instructional Design, along with a Bachelor's degree in General Studies with Teacher Certification.
