Caitlin Tracey

Caitlin Tracey is a seasoned instructional designer and learning development specialist with a strong background in creating online and instructor-led curricula for various sectors, including education, technology, and nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at Intuition since April 2024, Caitlin previously held roles such as Learning Experience Designer at Sales Impact Academy and Senior Instructional Designer at 2U, where responsibilities included designing instructional materials and collaborating with experts to create engaging learning experiences. With extensive experience as a freelance curriculum developer and in management positions at organizations like BRIC and the Jacob Burns Film Center, Caitlin has consistently focused on curriculum innovation and educational program development. Caitlin holds a Master of Education in Communication and Media Studies from Teachers College, Columbia University, and has completed the Women's Leadership Program at Yale School of Management.
