Mario Cooper

Mario Cooper is a dedicated Physical Education Teacher at Chesterfield County Public Schools since May 2021, where responsibilities also include serving as a Substitute Teacher and Head Coach for the Girls' Cross Country team. Additionally, Mario has contributed as an Indoor/Outdoor Track assistant coach at Midlothian High School since November 2021. Prior to this, Mario served in the US Army from July 1996 to August 2021, attaining the rank of Platoon Sergeant and working in NETOPS. Mario holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education with a minor in Sport Management from Virginia State University, where studies were completed between July 2019 and May 2021, and an Associate of Science degree in Junior High/Intermediate/Middle School Education from Georgia Military College, earned from 2014 to 2018.
