Chris Morland

Chris Morland, MS, RSCC D, Certified Teacher, currently serves as a Physical Education Teacher at Cardinal Gibbons High School since October 2013, where responsibilities include teaching strength and conditioning classes and Anatomy and Physiology, collaborating with educational staff to enhance curriculum, and developing individualized lesson plans. As the Director of Strength and Conditioning, Morland has established a recognized program, earning accolades as a top model in the U.S. and mentoring students and coaches in the community. Additionally, through Morland STRENGTH, LLC, established in 2015, Chris has engaged with families, organized educational events, and authored relevant content for youth strength and conditioning. Previous experience includes various coaching and teaching roles at NC State University, the University of North Texas, and the University of Tennessee, highlighting a strong background in sports performance and education. Education includes a Master's degree in Human Performance & Sports Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Ecology and Management.
