Beverly Gates-Plummer

Beverly Gates-Plummer has extensive experience in education and administrative roles. Currently serving as an Educator/Tutor/Monitor at Chesterfield County Public Schools since September 2004, Beverly manages the learning of students not integrated with the general population, assists with lesson plans, and provides focused support in essential skills like math and reading. Additionally, Beverly has been with the Chesterfield County Electoral Office since November 2000, first as a Poll Worker and now as a Deputy of the Election, ensuring a smooth voting process and aiding voters with disabilities. Prior experience includes working as a Unit Secretary at HealthSouth, managing office duties, patient admissions, and records, as well as serving as Office Manager at Snelling, where responsibilities included clerical support, organizing meetings, and assisting payroll and human resources. Beverly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Virginia Commonwealth University.
