Crystal Dabney

Crystal Dabney is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in legal and administrative roles. Serving as a FOIA Officer and Assistant Constituent and FOIA Liaison at Chesterfield County since May 2017, Crystal has a strong background in handling public records and legal documentation. Prior experience includes managing as a Managing Paralegal at The Nguyen Law Firm, PLC, and working as a Collections Representative at Zwerdling, Oppleman & Adams, where responsibilities included processing court documents and managing case accounts. Crystal also has a foundation in clerical work as a Deputy Clerk at Richmond Civil Court. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences at the University of Richmond, Crystal holds an Associate degree in Paralegal Studies from Bryant & Stratton College - Richmond.
