Jose Banuelos

Jose Banuelos, PE, currently serves as a Senior Transportation Engineer at Chesterfield County, where responsibilities include managing multiple transportation projects from inception to construction. Previously, Jose worked at Caltrans for over six years, holding roles such as Hydraulic Engineer, Geotechnical Engineer, and Project Engineer, focusing on drainage design, site assessments, and project report preparations for transportation improvements.
