Kevin Payne

Kevin Payne has over two decades of experience in financial management and accounting. Currently serving as Chief Deputy Treasurer for Chesterfield County since August 2001, Kevin has held multiple roles within the organization, including Assistant Director of Accounting, Accounts Payable Manager, and Accounts Payable Analyst. Prior to this, Kevin worked at Heilig-Meyers Furniture from 1999 to 2001, specializing in accounts payable quality control.
