Robert McEntee

Robert McEntee is an experienced attorney currently serving as the Assistant County Attorney for Chesterfield County since September 2023, focusing on civil litigation involving the County and the Chesterfield County School Board. Prior to this role, McEntee worked as an Assistant Attorney General in the Virginia Office of the Attorney General from July 2019 to September 2023, where responsibilities included defending Commonwealth employees and agencies in various civil suits. Earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Public Defender for the Virginia Indigent Defense Commission and as a Graduate Fellow at the Virginia Office of the Attorney General. McEntee holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Government and Philosophy from William & Mary.
