Taylor Sudalter

Taylor Sudalter has extensive experience in marketing, business development, and customer service, currently serving as Marketing Manager, Business Development Manager, and Resident Services Professional at Chestnut Hill Realty since March 2017. Taylor has successfully leased over 110 apartments in the 2021 leasing season, obtained the CALP designation, and was recognized as the 2019 Leasing Professional of the Year by the Rental Housing Association. Previously, Taylor held assistant store manager positions at Jonathan Adler and Splendid, where responsibilities included staff development, sales management, and client relationship building. Earlier roles at Kate Spade & Company and The Cheesecake Factory involved sales and team management, further enhancing Taylor's skills in customer relations. Taylor earned a Bachelor of Science in Fashion and Retail Merchandising from Lasell University in 2014.
