Swati Kotkar

Swati Kotkar is a seasoned professional in the field of research and development with extensive experience in PCB design and engineering. Currently serving as Divisional Manager R&D at Chetak Technology Ltd (Bajaj Auto) since January 2023, Swati has previously held significant roles as Lead Engineer RnD-PCB Design at SEDEMAC from August 2018 to December 2022, and Sr. Engineer- PCB Design at Emerson Innovation Center, Pune from July 2010 to March 2017. With foundational experience as a Sr. Design Engineer and Design Engineer in various organizations, Swati began the career as a Quality Assurance Engineer at VCB Electronics Pvt Ltd. Swati holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from North Maharashtra University and a Postgraduate degree in Project Management from MIT School of Distance Education, earned between July 2020 and December 2022.
