Melissa McCoy

Melissa McCoy is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Services at Chevalier College since July 2023. Previously, Melissa held the position of Acting Director of Community and Customers at Shellharbour City Council for a brief period in June 2023. Melissa has extensive experience in management roles, including Support Services Manager at Sikorsky Australia from April 2020 to February 2023 and HR, Governance & Risk Manager at Shoalhaven City Council from September 2008 to April 2020. Additionally, Melissa served as a Board Member at Statewide Mutual (NSW) while managing insurance and risk management initiatives. An earlier leadership role includes Director and Chairperson of the Safety Committee at Great Southern Rail from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, Melissa worked as the Corporate Governance & Assurance Manager for Serco in the Asia Pacific region from June 2001 to June 2007. Melissa McCoy holds a Diploma from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is recognized as a Graduate Member, alongside qualifications from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and the University of Technology Sydney.
